This morning was a real struggle to get out of bed, but I did it and I’ve done my weights routine. Very happy with that. I woke up at 5:59, the alarm set for 6:00 so I switched it off so as not wake Jenny when it went off. Next thing I know it was 6:05. I have to be really careful with that. I went back to sleep! In future, if I wake up, get up!
I had to change down the weights as the ones I had on were too heavy. I’m pleased I did because the standing fly was killer, even with the smaller weights on the dumbells. It would have been impossible if I left the larger ones on.
Increased the reps on the curls and upright rows though from 10 to 12.
Crunches hurt.
It’s all good.
